At Origyn Care, we strive to ensure that every order is prepared and delivered with care. If you need to cancel an order or request a return, please review the following policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been confirmed for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.
Returns
We only accept returns in specific cases, such as if the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Refunds
If a return or cancellation is approved, the refund process will be initiated accordingly. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and processing time.
